Privacy

Information is limited to account and order management and anonymous audience measurement, with no automatic newsletter subscription.

Member account

Secure sign-in is provided by ChatGPT. The gallery receives the information needed to identify your account (identifier, display name and email address), but never your password.

Audience measurement

The gallery measures viewed pages, general referral source and a temporary session to understand its audience. No IP address, name or email address is recorded in these statistics. The random session identifier disappears when the tab is closed and the data is deleted after 90 days.

Order management

When an order is saved, the gallery stores its reference, the chosen artwork and format, price, your name, contact details, delivery address, optional message and selected payment method. This information is available only in the private administration area and is used to process the order.

Reference photos

For a custom creation, you may attach a photo if you own it or if the people shown have authorised its use. It is stored privately, available only through the administration area and used to prepare your order. It is never published automatically in the gallery.

Payment data

The gallery stores no password, PayPal login or customer banking data. Once payments are enabled, PayPal will process PayPal payments directly; for bank transfers, only receipt confirmation will be recorded.

No newsletter subscription is created automatically.
